Project Overview – Showcasing the CirrusDx Difference
Role: Creative Lead, Multimedia Designer, and Storyline Developer
(Timeline: 6 weeks | Tools: Storyline, Canva, ElevenLabs, Envato Elements, Adobe After Effects, Google Sheets, Custom JavaScript)
CirrusDx needed a compelling “101” training module to introduce new distributors and internal staff to who they are, what sets them apart, and how their services outperform competitors in the diagnostics space. I designed and developed a multimedia-rich eLearning experience that combined storytelling, motion graphics, and interactive exercises to help learners grasp CirrusDx’s differentiators, products, and customer focus.
Built in Articulate Storyline with supporting visuals from Canva and After Effects, the course paired professional voiceover from ElevenLabs (with a custom workflow I invented for better realism) with subtle gamification and practice activities. The launch received such positive feedback that CirrusDx is now expanding the module into a Just-in-Time learning series, confirming its value as both a foundational and scalable training asset.
The Results
Strong learner enthusiasm, repeat participation, and glowing stakeholder feedback confirmed the module’s impact… proof that clear storytelling and immersive design can transform company orientation into genuine brand advocacy.

Lessons Learned:
